One account covers the Vihara app, the Vihara Partner app and this website. You can delete it any time.

You are signed out everywhere straight away. Open trips and money in a partner wallet are settled first.

What we delete and what we keep
Deleted within 30 days, once open trips and payments are settled: your name, mobile number, email, profile photo, emergency contacts, sign-up details, referral code and Vihara Points; for partners also PAN, bank account, RC and car photos, and driver details.
Kept for 8 years because the law requires it: tax invoices, payment and booking records. They are locked and used for nothing else.
Can’t log in? Email support@viharatravel.com from any address with the mobile number on your account, and we will verify it and delete the account.
